ApkaV.in provides products with a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects only. In particular, we guarantee that each product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim any other implied warranties or liabilities beyond this express warranty. Customers accept that they are responsible for using products correctly: ApkaV.in is not liable for damage or malfunction caused by misuse, negligence, improper installation, unauthorized modifications, or other customer actions.
·       Warranty Coverage: ApkaV.in warrants products are free from defects in material or workmanship for six months from the original invoice date. To activate this warranty, customers must register the product at apkaV.in/warranty within 30 days of purchase and provide the warranty card plus proof of purchase.
·       Warranty Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, negligence, unauthorized modifications, accidents, improper maintenance, or other user-caused issues. It also excludes normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage (e.g. scratches, dents, discoloration), exposure to water or extreme conditions, and tampering or repairs by unauthorized persons.
·       Liability and Disclaimer: Except for the express manufacturing-defect warranty, all other liabilities are disclaimed. ApkaV.in limits its liability to replacement of defective products under warranty and is not responsible for any other damages. In other words, any fault arising from improper use or customer handling is the customer’s responsibility.
·       User Reviews: Customers may post reviews of products on our site. These reviews are user-generated, and apkaV.in is not responsible for the accuracy or content of user comments.
