REFUND POLICY
ApkaV.in does not offer cash refunds. All sales are final, and instead of refunds we provide product replacements for manufacturing defects (subject to the above warranty terms). If a replacement is warranted, the customer must ship the product back to apkaV.in at their own expense. In line with best practices, we clearly state that customers are responsible for any return shipping costs[4].
· No Refunds: Since we stand behind our products’ manufacturing warranty, we do not issue refunds for purchased items. Only replacement products are provided for valid defect claims.
· Return Shipping: If a return is authorized, the customer must pay for shipping the item back to us. (We recommend using a trackable shipping method.) As one guide notes, “if the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, this should be clearly stated to avoid any surprises”[4].
· Damaged or Defective Items: For items deemed defective under warranty, we will ship a replacement once the original has been received and inspected. The replacement product will be shipped to the customer at no additional product cost (the customer covers the initial return shipping).
· No Chargebacks: Customers agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment reversal for an order unless we fail to provide a replacement for a valid defective item as per this policy.
